DC Stim is an advanced formula designed to activate dendritic cell function and promote immune recognition in patients with persistent, treatment-resistant illness. In contrast to stabilizing or restorative formulas, DC Stim works by increasing immune signaling and mobilizing latent or poorly recognized pathogenic processes that may be contributing to chronic symptoms. By supporting antigen-presenting cell activity and improving microcirculation and tissue access, it helps bring hidden immune challenges back into view, allowing the body to more effectively identify and respond to them. This process may temporarily induce immunopathology, including a transient worsening of symptoms as immune activity increases. For this reason, DC Stim is typically introduced after a period of stabilization and foundational support, and is best suited for patients who can tolerate a more direct and dynamic therapeutic approach. It is not appropriate for all patients and is generally contraindicated in individuals with active autoimmune conditions, including SLE, where immune activation may exacerbate disease activity. Similar to APC Restore, this formula works best when patients are NOT taking a large vitamin D bolus(more than 4,000ius daily) because vitamin D impairs dendritic cell function.
